One of the things that i know a lot of teams do, and like we certainly do, is just a building out some of these things as practices or rituals. We have a hackathon internally, and it's not just for developers either. Everybody gets to participate. The idea is that you will work on things at you don't normally work on,. And so this has been something really successful for us. It kind of, just, like, is one of the many things you can do to nurture your people.
