A 50 year old male with a past medical history of hyper tension and gird comes in with an abrupt onset sharp waxing and waning central chest pane. The pain radiates to his right trapesious ridge. He was active and was jogging regularly, until about six weeks ago,. when he developed this flue like illness with similar chest pain that lasted for a few days. This was followed by gradually increasing swollen ankles and shortness of breath with walking.
