Building a Product for a Large Team?

When you're building a product for large teams, it's hard to build the features that they need. So what do you do when you realize this is not working out? You rent a cabin in the woods and go on a little retreat. And i actually spent time writing that, that retrospective post. It took me a couple o days of just kind of working on it,. Just doing other reading and hiking and other things to get my mind clear. By the time i finished that i was like, if i can write, if i could write retrospective, where there's a clear kind of a, there's clear logic to the decision.
