How to Create a Perfect Eyeliner
When you have a hooded eye that the eyeliner is very difficult to do because of what happens. So instead of using like liquid liners, you would use a pencil and then you would see much the pencil to kind of create a bit of depth right next to the lash line. You can intensify the eye crease a little bit more, but like a taupe color or like a mauve gray, like just kind of give a little shape.
