The Importance of Dialogue With Russia

Alan and Radhika: The most important thing is for a genuine dialogue with Russia. They want to find Russians who are willing to speak in panels with Western interlocutors. What will be needed though is tolerance, because you can't talk to a country which has been through a completely different history to your own. And I think that the West needs to have curiosity about Russia - there's no other way to find out.
