The best way to approach that is really the philosophy of what are you buying versus what are you building, right? You can buy certain raw materials in order to build something. It's a lot easier to forge hard skills than it is to build a character and I'd buy a character any day of the week. Warren Buffett says he hires people for three qualities, character, intellect and energy.
