Trinity has policies in place to do business reviews with just about all of its customers. It keeps us really hyper focused on staying in front of the customer retention is huge for us. We also do customer onboarding to where we bring the customer on now, whichever broke or drop this customer lies in or we can service the best in. That's where we would do a kickoff call.
