Is There a Parallel Strategy That Is Out of Our Control?
We can individually think about the different causes, or the different imputs, and categorize them to talk about with the group. You might give each category a number or a letter. If you have a clear idea of an inputlet say three out of four people in your group all agree that this particular input needs improvement, that is important. They probably try to focus on improving that imput. That is probably not a bad signal. And if it's clear that an input out of our control has influenced our outcome, we should think about either a parallel strategy that reduces the importance or the impact of that input,.
