Ne Osti Arthoritis - Acute Arthritis
The severity of ne osti arthoritis is best assessed on upright a p weight bearing radiographs. Initial treatment is conservative, starting with pharmicologic treatment such as inseds. If symptoms are resistant to this, minimally evasive options are offered including inta articular cortico steroid or hileronic acid injections for short term relief. Refact symptoms often indicate a severe pathologic condition and likely require more evasive intervention such as ne arthroplaste.
