The Impact of Social Media

i have an academic background, meaning ot iv like written studies. So i've combed literature several timesin the exi science field. The degree to which you have to dig through literature to find a nugget of this thing probably makes a small, insignificant difference in how you would actually then change how you would train on a daily basis. That's not how it works. It's the body of literature guides decision making. And that doesn't mean that you can't make your own personal decision in what to do,. But you're not going to just throw a singular thing insomoone's facing ike, ha ha. I was right.
