How Do We Know How to Build a Knowledge Data Base?
Almost everything that you look at is some kind of instantiated knowledge. The fact that this microphone works the way it does has a lot to do with how that soft work can handle what the microphone produces. All this knowledge leads to new things in kind of unpredictable ways. And so against this framework of problem solving, right? That's sort of like the first triage as a designer: Is this man dated by the laws of physics? If so, i'm going to have to refer you to someone else. And if not, it's just a matter of knowing how.
