Is He a Hoarder?

Kevan used to be homeless. He would bark loudly in his room, which was apparently for his mixed tape. People who lived in the same flat as kevin were really scared of him. One day he walked over to my window and asked if i had a problem. Security told me that they knew all about him,. They tried to assure me that he's not a threat. Wel, that's nonsense. He's a forty year old man who's asking me to come outside and sort out a problems at eight in the morning? How on earth is that not threatening enough? I'll post the video after this.
