The information that was passed through let's say through this disco meeting by Hasty to Joanne Garvin. One way or another the wrong address was given and an innocent man died because of that little piece of information That was passed. The investigation into it started in the canteen at Godwood Barrics when there was a discussion amongst members of the UDR and possibly other regiments of the British Army. It emerged that she had a connection to corporal hay stay and both were arrested as a result of her slip-of-the-tongue remark.
