How to Measure Operational Excellence in Marketing

Marketing is a real big challenge when it comes to measuring it using lean six sigma tools, in my opinion. If you don't sell products, you sell solutions. People are not going to click on our ad when we're in just something that we tried relentlessly some years ago. So I've had the opportunity to manage the metrics and monitor the metrics of my operational excellence group I'm linked in. The difference between the two groups is how they managed Lean Six Sigma for anybody who wants to promote their product or service.
