The History of Boys Toys
Mattel released black Barbie, who was created by Mattel designer Kitty Black Perkins. Boys toys in the 80s were not allowed to have real hair or play hair that you can comb. If they have any clothing at all, it's to be a cape. They are never to dress and undress a toy because they aren't supposed to be nurturing.
