The Paradox of Healing
In a keynote speech, you said healing is political. I wonder if you'd be willing to talk a little bit more about that and how we can make that political choice. Listen, healing hurts. The truth is that we incentivize not healing in this culture. But my argument for why we heal, even though it hurts, is that it's enhanced my capacity to find pleasure and joy and wonder and amazement.
