Censorship Resistance and Credible Neutrality
I think there's two different forms of censorship. A blocked proposal wants to stop the inclusion of this transaction at all costs. Another one is just delaying the inclusion of it. I would say that it is probably better to use the term incredible neutral or at least that's what is in my view important. That is not just censorship resistance but to go a step further and to say transactions are treated equally.
