How to Automate the Birthday Club Process

A lot of times people are so busy just running around that they don't even think about how to automate the process and orchestrate it. If I owned a restaurant, for instance, and you started with one thing, you start with the appetizer presentation process. And then maybe the next week you focus on the next one, which might be getting people to have a cocktail or have wine with their meal. That whole process is both a above the line architecting it and then below the line of setting up the systems.
