There is a habit tracker with room to track up to seven habits, which is pretty generous. For me, this would be perfect for planning and checking off my workouts. And then finally, a tiny section that says not to-do list, which I kind of like. The pages are numbered. If I were to use this planner, then I probably would go through and predate everything for the six months.
