The WASA's Priorities in Multi State Amicus Briefs
There are two separate categories in my mind between amicus briefs that other states have written in the United States to join. We go through a process of deciding where they're joined and things that we feel very strongly about and decide to try to lead on. And so I think based on that and in part just on the WASA's priorities, when we're working in the multi state we're usually trying to find areas where there's broad agreement.
