How to Launch a SEL Program in Your School

It's really important in today's world especially that students learn this at a younger age. So when they do make it to the workforce, that those foundational skills are instilled within what they believe in. The top-down approach doesn't work if you mandate it within a district. It usually needs some teacher buy-in when you get your teams formed and you have the buy-in from your teams.
