When I started in the business, it was mostly family offices and high network investors. It really wasn't a kind of long term durability and looking at risk relative reward. And so now, yeah, you have CRA and impact investors, but it's way broader than that. The A-class market right now is being over built, whereas there just isn't enough supply in the workforce housing market.
