There are other mistakes that you come across that people make in these programs. The first one is something we've both referenced already, which is if you see your data literacy program purely as an education piece, you'll lose. You need to really focus on that change management, taking the time. So do be patient and make sure that you've done your one to one stakeholder conversations. Because if you don't do that, it's not going to be a success anyway.
