Oh, lots lots of things have surprised me. People are surprising. I mean, i would say, on both sides, you know, just demanding some people can be and unreasonable when it comes to child care. And then on the other side, how gracious and understanding and supportive some people can be. I would say since coved, i have seen a major shift in the attitudes of the families. I've seen them be a lot more understanding with us, with the agency, if it's taking us, you know, three or four weeks to find them the right fit, i've seen them be a lot more understanding and like, okya, we get it. Like it's, it's tough, you know, you don't wat to send just anybody. This is a tough job. We see how hard it is, you know. So i'm happy to have seen that shift. Whereas before it was a lot more like, what do you mean, you're not going to have any one for six weeks? What do you mean i've got to wait? It's like, well, you know, a lot of people want us. I'm sorry, like these people are in demand. Explaimed the supply chain, like everything else. Yes, like everything else. But you know, it's they've had such a great response, which is the best you can hope for. I mean, the economy is what it is, the labor force is what it is. Let's not be jerks about it to each other, you know, like, let's try to be understanding, help each other out. We can send you a temporary person until we find you a permanent person. We try to offer those solutions. But i've been really happy to see just a lot of kindness and understanding on the parts of the families. That's good, dear.
