How to Be an Effective Organizer
Sally Kohn: I think just having a different orientation to how you decide to approach people makes a huge difference in whether or not you'll be an effective organizer. So on pandemic stuff, I may be excellent, but I may suck on the extinction front. She says that we have to be much better at unpacking and understanding what's really happening. And everything is other people guess what, not all of us can take on everything.
