The Importance of Wisdom

I said to a simple-minded youth that surely wisdom is good fortune. He asked, what was the meaning of this? And I replied, surely wisdom isgood fortune; even a child may know that. At last we somehow contrived to agree in a general conclusion that he who had wisdom had no longer need a fortune.
