What Is Native Outside of Flutter?

If you can build your ap and it feels good on the range of devices, for the set of users that you want, that's what we think of as native. We've tuned it so that it runs at whatever. If your device is 60 prms a second, we'll run at 60 frames. If it's 90, if it's one, 20, though, that's the speed that we will be running at. And if it feels good, if it feels right, then that's about almost as close to a definition of native that really matters.
