The Role of Trauma in Futures Practice

I think trauma and form, practice, trauma and form intervention is one of the ultimate acupuncture points in terms of system interventions. It's this distinction with our work between what we might do, the work on ourselves and actually what shows up in organizations. I'm really interested too around the futures of work and workers and it's almost like workplaces are literally just a theatre in which our trauma plays out. Suddenly, you know, if you can suddenly break down predominantly patriarchal structures that suddenly the softening of the landscape is an easier place to explore, imagine and work our way out from.
