Common Law and the American Constitution

Fortescue was written in the 14 seventies. And it sounds so much like the american constitution that we know. The common law tradition is, is the tradition that gave us most of the provisions of the American constitution. It gives us an example of people who supposedlyajust, couldn't care about tradition at all, and just o themselves and end.
