When you're having a conversation, we have like these stories we not only tell ourselves about ourselves, but also obviously about other people. So how do we kind of start to tackle that and look at these interpretations? And I think this really fits in with the conversation about leadership, right? Because sometimes, and we had Ryan Stelzer on shout out to him, we talked about sort of like these bosses who essentially think of their workers as lazy,. so it's sort of a mistrust.
