The Harsh Language of Mark Twain
Mark Twain made extensive use of, of really harsh language. Is there a similar sense in the US? Dr. Seuss has come under the knife, although that's largely part of his own family. PG Woodhouse is doing that to his own books, but I think it's unfortunate.
