Before you even a pro, think of before you have a product that you can put in the hands of the customer for them to surprise and delight them. Even before that, so this person wrote and said this is an awesome cherry pie. How did they know that? Well, it's because the marketing team was sending out emails or radio advertisementsor something like that. And we should actually be talking with our customers and asking them what is it that they find valuable.
