The Lord's Warning to King Ahaz

Isaiah's message to Ahaz is one of reassurance. Israel and Aram are already doomed and spent forces, smoldering stumps. If Ahaz will only trust in the Lord and hold his nerve, he'll survive their assault. However, if Ahaz and his people will not trust in theLord, they won't enjoy any security. Their only hope is trusting in him, living by faith rather than by sight.
