Insider Trading

A lot of American companies use another company to manage all their trades. They schedule their trades many months in advance, so whatever trades they n to do, a lot of the time, it's already scheduled in. If you are an insider that has a lot of inside information and you trading the stock, you may look like you're committing inside trading. But then there's the other side - which is that even though this looks like i've done inside trading, here's the record of me signing off on this trade months before.
