Is North Korea Hiring Hackers?

CNN's John Sutter asks if North Korea is actually hacking the U.S. or just using third-party intermediaries to do it. He also wonders whether they are hiring hackers at a rate of 20,000 per month and having them do the hacking on their behalf. "There's no way like if you're if you're the North Korean ... this is as bad as it gets," he says.
