Some people express concerns about pill mills, unscrupulous companies that hire doctors to prescribe to anyone who asks. These are pretty common for Adderall in particular. If you can use good judgment and common sense, it's possible to tell apart normal psychiatrists doing telemedicine and app-based pill mills marketing amphetamines on Instagram. But it's probably hard to write a regulation that will do this, so the result is a stupid overreaction like this.
