The Autonomic Nervous System

The autonomic nervous system consists of multiple branches. The two branches that we focus on mostly are the perisympathetic and sympathetic branch. These are not a kind of duelling branches of the nervous system that can actually work very much in conjunction with one another. But for all intents and purposes, if we wernt identified as our stress response, or as our energy producing response, i'm locat ith that the para sympathetic response is really most closely associated with our laxation response. And instead of u using like, one foot driving, like we would normally do, we can drive like formula Formula One race car drivers.
