Can I Do Peyote if It's Religious?
The court has a lot of precedent that deal with whether or not you can exempt yourself from something because you claim religious exemption to it. Theoretically, if I went into the House of Representatives and I started singing Catholic hymns very loudly and they went, sir, you can't do that, you're disrupting business, I couldn't say, but it's my religion. So anyway, colorful example, but I do not think you would be qualified for establishment clause immunity.
