The Negative Effects of Not Listening Well

Studies show that a portion of people de-churching do so because they don't feel seen or heard by their church leadership. When we're listening to people, we want them to know I am here and not somewhere else in my head. Jesus asked over 300 questions in the New Testament which he only answered three out of nine times. He was hiding his messiah ship until it was all this kind of right time. So let's just get this straight: Over a third of the questions were asked  in the New Testament,. Which has all kinds of reasons why he might have done that.
