McAfee's presence in St Pedro was disrupting everyday life for many locals, says Jeff Weiss. There was one neighbor in particular who took McAfee to task about the dogs: Gregory Fall. Threats are made. The dogs are poisoned. And then soon thereafter, Greg Foll's housekeeper comes in one morning to find Fall shot dead.
