How to Deal With Workplace Harassment
I have a co-worker age 37 who teases me about my age 52. Don't be inquisitive. When you really are what you're really doing is objectifying. Being younger doesn't mean you're cooler. Anything over 30 is old, so you're in the same boat, etc,. etc. I feel like it's petty to even respond, but it's getting old having to deal with it. And I'm sure that this person would die if someone said this workplace harassment.
