When you do pasta by hand, you get the J-motion to share something with someone else. So maybe I start the preparation of flowers and eggs, and maybe my girlfriend comes later and and finished that and prepares the tellyatele. When you put something personal in the product you create, that's for sure will be better. Different people made different in the pasta shape they prefer because they related the pasta shape to some moment, some period. It's something very personal for me.
