The Importance of Honesty Culture in the Public Sector

I think we need to recover that culture, both of kindness and forgiveness. There's a difference between deliberate wrong doing and just negligently overlooking what you should have done. We needn't much more now, blame culture in this but a lessons learned culture. And when people get things wrong, if they say, i got that wrong, find, learn the lessons, move on. What about a honesty culture and a lonesty culture that comes from the top? That is clearly essential. Isn't it wonderful that we have such an extraordinary example at the top of the queen with her complete integrity in every possible way?! I wasn't quite sure what youwere going to say there. Ha
