The Catalyst for Change

Aristotle said that we are what we repeatedly do so acting is the most important thing. If you've ever found yourself ruminating a little bit then consider that part of your character arc. It's a great thing to ask at the end of the year to just put a little bit of time aside for yourself. Ask yourself what trajectory are you on and ask yourself if you keep doing what you're doing where will you be?
