I Was Not an Uncoachable Kid
"I wasn't uncoachable either, because even though i wasn't as good as football, i became the captain of the varsity football team," he says. "It was just, and it wasn't just me, a lot of other people went through this, am." The list of quitters is pretty astounding: one athlete didn't actually make it in the book but who was the top high school recruit in the country. He's still considered one of the best high school running backs of all time.
