Psychotherapy is a little better for integration, an integration in kind of an old fashioned way, which is to talk about the experience. So i have a lot of folks who do plant medicine, iowasca, siliciben retreats, and they reliably come back with big experiences. It's usually some pique experience that allows you to glimpse love or compassion or another dimension. As you're passing out of orange into green, towards teal, these peak experiences become progressively more important. And so it's always an aspect of my work. I like to see my clients do state inducing work.
