Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging group ran for a number of years until we really started thinking about how did we make this more part of the foundation of the company. The challenge i was asked a member that really rocked me to my cores was, how are you making this core to your strategy, not as an initiative? Initiatives come and go, and they're ah like projects but strategies are there all the time. All credit to are d i b team that pushed us for years to get us to that place,. Then having several advisers help us to continue their efforts and expand their efforts across the entire company.
