Morocco invested in solar energy ten years ago when oil was at an old time high. Cana similarly invested 15 years ago in dutem they sit on the african rift where you have amazing duthermal capacity. Bigger economies have to do the same, but they need to set the regulatory gard trails right,. Government regulations, taxation on the hydro carbon side and incentives to move everybody over. That's the way to make this thing happen.
