I try to, as I mentioned, just listen to my body and brain. If I'm having a day like that and I know, okay, nothing's going to get done, I will just take the day off and I try to. Something that consistently motivates me day to day is creating things that I know will be helpful for people. And yeah, just trying day after day to make things that are helpful with people.
