Are You Cavalier With Regard to Demons?

In the book of Acts, there's one place where an exorcist who's not authorized is trying to cast out demons in Jesus name and also mentions Paul. So I would say there's something of a balance to be struck here. There are prayers that the church has approved for use by the lady of deliverance prayers.
